You have (3) days from delivery (once hair is delivered to your door) to submit a request for return/exchange, all returns/exchange request are to be submitted via Return/Exchange Portal
Hair extensions are security packaged that allows you to check the color before tampering with the hair extension clip-in's. It's important to ensure that the color matches your expectations before removing the security tag, as once removed, or hair is tampered with in any way the item will not be eligible for exchange or return.
Return/Exchange Fees: At checkout, you have the option to pay a small fee for free returns and exchanges (waiving the $9 shipping fee). If you opt in, your order will automatically qualify for free returns and exchanges, which we highly recommend, as colors and styles may differ.
If you choose to opt out, a $9 handling fee will apply and may not be waived.
